The Development team at Einstein Healthcare Network in Philadelphia holds many fundraising events throughout the year. Their in-house team develops the overall them and look for print pieces. We provide digital marketing through social and email campaigns.
#GivingTuesday Campaign: Einstein used #GivingTuesday to focus attention on their Compassionate Care Fund, which supports extra expenses for patients, families and loved ones as they are spending time in the hospital. This program is still new to Einstein’s donors so we created a campaign that informs the community about the fund and the ways it supports Einstein patients.
Harvest Ball: One of the biggest ways we’ve adapted the concepts is by adding movement. We create animations that work as video for social and as gifs for email.
Small Miracles: Each year the hospital network runs a golf tournament that raises money for their smallest and most vulnerable patients. This year’s event supported their NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) facilities. We stuck with the baby theme and created a series of graphics along with a video and GIF to add some movement to their fundraising channels.
Breast Cancer Advocacy Group | I Like Your Style: After years of running a popular fashion show fundraiser supporting their Breast Cancer Department, Einstein Healthcare Network wanted to make the event feel more inviting to men. We opted for simplicity, deepening the traditional breast cancer pink to a bright fuchsia and focusing on a typographic design. The bright color and distinctive font created an elegant pink-on-white look that when reversed, made a bolder white-on-pink design.
150th Anniversary Weekend: The traditional Harvest Ball was extended into a weekend of events. With limited bandwidth available on the system’s social sites, we developed a strategy, copy and image posts to promote the events to speciﬁc audiences. Social messages were paired with emails on the same days to increase the impact.
