A beautiful Quaker retreat center, Pendle Hill, was getting ready for a capital campaign and needed to communicate their story. At the same time, the organization’s focus was shifting and leadership needed to develop marketing to attract the business they wanted for the future.

Through communication and competitive audits we evaluated the current situation and developed a new persona, message and marketing plan to support Pendle Hill’s goals.

Based on Pendle Hill’s goal of getting more residential retreaters, we developed a core message focused on “place, program, people.” This key message was then reinforced with a comprehensive print and digital marketing plan.
