NewSeasons is a network of 10 assisted living residences throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Attracting members to this assisted living community required a sales and marketing system that conveyed the corporate brand but could be tailored and customized for the individual facility and prospective resident. It was important to communicate the quality of food, activities and lifestyle the residence offered. By providing the individual facility director with a small, mailable prospect brochure, the larger package of a folder and detailed insets could be directed to more interested audiences.
